Mom and I are home from the hospital and left Ange trying to get some sleep. Met Dr Wolfe who was one of the 4 surgeons involved in the procedure today. He said Dad was great and all things went well. He is learning all about the TAVI procedure to return to Israel and be the TAVI specialist over there.
You may not see it in the picture, but Dad was definitely in pain this evening. He rated it a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale, which if any of you know my Dad, he's a martyr when it comes to pain and that means for the rest of us, it was probably a 9 out of 10! I think the pain meds were finally kicking in when we came home and he was starting to dose off. Hoping he gets a good night sleep and fingers crossed he will be moved out of the Cardiac Care Unit tomorrow.
More on the picture, Dr Wolfe said he was glad to see Dad had his sense of humour still. Really? Who puts the bowl they give you in case you have to throw up on their head as a hat?! Ange, that's who!!

Great updates Keely and great news. Glad to see that Ross is in good spirits and that the procedure went so well! Speedy recovery Ross and then hopefully you can get those knees fixed up too!!
